After owning a home in The Vineyards for over 25 years, my father decided it was time to move back to Western New York to be closer to family. I'm his eldest son and told him I would handle the sale. He had been approached by several realtors over the years and gave me their information. After speaking and researching them, I decided to do more research and outreach as I wasn't convinced they were the best fit for our situation as this would be a remote sale. After more research and interviews, Deidre stood out above the others. By a lot. Her knowledge of The Vineyards and several other golf communities made it clear this was not a side gig for her, but rather passion. Initially I had several concerns managing a sale from afar. She quickly put all of those to rest. Her work on market surveys and the accompanying explanations on arriving at a listing price were spot on. I can't emphasize the amount of work she did that I would consider above and beyond my expectations. She handled all of the house prep, inspections, getting multiple bids for our review, and then handled the oversight and scheduling of the work. In addition, she guided us through the negotiations and arrived a price that was acceptable to both parties. Deidre was also kind enough to take a list of belongings we wanted or given away to friends and coordinated shipping those items to us or our friends. We accepted an offer within 7 days of listing and closed in 30 days. During this entire process, she was a great communicator, always available, and most importantly always had our best interest at the forefront. The closing went perfectly with no last-minute issues. She worked with the lawyers, escrow company and title company seamlessly. Throughout this entire we expected we would need to make at least one, or maybe 2 trips to Florida, but that was never necessary as she had everything covered. If you are looking for an excellent professional to handle a sale or purchase, I could not recommend Deidre more highly; you will not be disappointed. Should I ever decide to move to SWF, Deidre would be my first and only call.

We were lucky to literally bump into Deidre at the office she works out of, having showed up to request an agent to show us an online (Zillow) property. She helped us for a few months as we did not win the "bidding war" on our first attempt to purchase. If I made an offer the contract was completed within hours and ready for signature and submitted the same evening as my verbal offer despite my conveying that it could wait a day or two. We ended up with an ideal property with bundled golf, and great resort style amenities!
